HISTORY

The history of this house is lost in the past and is typical of the well off farmer from Beira Alta. It's location at the base of Montemuro mountain allows you to discover, in a range of about 30 km, as many different lanscapes as the large vineyards of Douro, Lafões or Dão, as well as the "Terras do Demo" and the wild sights of the mountains. All the region is rich in tradition and preserved people's customs, giving us a picturesque and enchanting view of the remote european past.
